Dean and Dan Caten, Canadian twin brothers, studied fashion in New York in 1984. Eight years later, the Canadian duo moved to Italy with the aim of creating their brand. After collaborating with some of Italy's most famous fashion houses, in 1995 the designers presented their first collection under their own label DSQUARED2.
DSQUARED2's philosophy is a bold blend of Canadian iconography, refined Italian tailoring and playful sensuality and glamour. Casual and extravagant, masculine and feminine, creating a distinctive concept of alternative luxury.
Dean and Dan divide their lives between Milan and London, the collections are produced in Italy giving birth to the brand motto "Born in Canada, made in Italy".
